Leftovers on Fridays - Turkeys

A Chinese turkey, not quite like the one on "A Christmas Story"........

Left container:  Leftovers cleverly arranged into a turkey shape.  The turkey is made from a rice ball, asparagus, and carrots sticks.  His eyes are sliced asparagus, beak is dried mango, and the snood is carrot.  The turkey is on top of a bed of leftover chow mein noodles.

Right container:  The fruit turkey!  Clementine wedges, mango head, and red grapes.

*This lunch is a perfect example that you don't need to have a lot of bento tools, all I used was a paring knife.  A little creativity goes a long way.

A little Chinese turkey humor from A Christmas Story :)
