Spider-Man

I am just a little excited about this lunch.  My first superhero lunch!  And yes, my preschooler boy was a little excited about it too.  He ate it all :)

In this bento:  Spider-Man turkey and cheese sandwiches (one stacked on top of the other), blueberries, Spider-Man Cheez-Its, and grape tomatoes.

*The Spider-Man box is from the dollar spot at Target.

Does your little one love Spider-Man too?  Be sure to enter my Thermos giveaway!  The prize pack is available in the Spider-Man design.  Contest ends on 8/18/14.

  2. Hi! I just found your blog and i love it! I have started to pack better lunches for my toddler and hubby. But how do you avoid waste? :( it seems like using cutters/sandwich molds always leaves me with a bunch of wasted food. Any tips? Thanks!!

    1. Hi, Honestly the majority of my scraps are eaten on the spot by hungry children. There are many things you can do with the bread scraps. I keep a bag of those in my fridge or freezer. You can use them to make french toast casserole, bread pudding, use in meatballs or meatloaf - these are the main things I use them for. You can always use to feed birds or ducks at the park. If there are any cheese scrap or deli meat leftovers I use them in omelettes. Vegetable scraps get thrown in salads. I hope this helps with some ideas :)
