It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown

Every year we look forward to the airing of "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown".  This year is no exception.  We have the DVR set and ready to record since we will be out trick or treating while it is on.

In this lunch:  Ham and pita bread "Great Pumpkin" sandwich (decorated with foodoodler markers), "everything" pretzel crisps, hard boiled snoopy egg with cucumber details, grape tomatoes, leaf shaped sweet peppers, and back plum slices.

Guess what!  I have officially been published in a book.  Myself and a few other bento bloggers are featured in "Lunches for Kids:  Halloween Ideas-Book One".  In fact this very lunch is in the book :)

The eBook version will be available for FREE on Amazon from 10/30/13-11/3/13!

  1. We just got some veggie cutters and my kids had a blast cutting vegetable flowers. It's amazing how that made them taste so much better!! Snoopy is a great theme. I can't think of Halloween without thinking of, "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown."
