Leftovers on Fridays - Australia

Welcome back to leftovers on Fridays!  I can't wait to see all the fun lunches this week.

My daughter's new preschool has been focusing on Australia this semester.  I decided it was time to make an Australian themed lunch.

Top Left:  Blackberries

Top Right:  Baby carrots and leftover broccoli

Bottom:  Australia shaped yams and a ham kangaroo. (more leftovers)

To make the shaped yams I first mashed them then put them in the silicone cup.  I then placed the cup in to the freezer to firm the yams up.  After about 15 minutes I took the cup out, placed a template on top (map I printed on card stock) and cut around the edges.  It worked great.

What I used to make this bento.
