A Puzzle Lunch For Autism Awareness Month

For those of you that are unaware, April is autism awareness month.  Puzzle pieces are the symbol for autism and they stand for the mystery and complexity of autism.

Top left:  White corn on the cob, topped with a little butter.

Top right:  Mango puzzle pieces (the scraps are under the puzzle pieces)

Bottom:  Sour dough and pastrami puzzle sandwich on top of veggie chips.

  2. My kids love mango, but I've never thought to do anything other than dice it up. You have inspired me! I love your lunch and thank you for honoring Autism Awareness Month. Thank you for linking to 15 Minute Fridays!
