A Healthy Leftovers Lunch for Mom

This week was spring break for us!  That is why I have been a little MIA this week.  I did, however, manage to pack myself a lunch made with leftovers.  It is not that exciting but it sure was yummy!



In this lunch:  Rice pilaf, sauteed mushrooms, broccoli, a piece of asparagus snuck in with the broccoli, and grilled chicken.
