Happy New Year!

Tomorrow is the first day of preschool for 2013.  I wanted to make a special happy new year lunch.  The most iconic thing I think of about ringing in the new year is the ball drop in time square.

Left compartment:  Blueberries (represent the midnight sky), clementine (ball) adorned with some sparkly jewel picks, carrot 3-2-1 (the scraps from cutting out 2013), and roast beef and tortilla sandwich with carrot 2013 on top.

Top right:  Red and yellow cherry tomatoes. (wearing a festive top hat)

Bottom right:  pasta with black olives.

What I used to make this bento.
