Hoping everyone had a happy Thanksgiving day.  We had a nice one.  As with the annual tradition of Thanksgiving after I got out of bed I turned the TV on to watch some of the Macy's Thanksgiving day parade.  This was the inspiration I used to create my after Thanksgiving leftovers muffin tin meal.

Top row from left to right:  Honey ham, stuffing, broccoli.

Bottom row:  Mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce, turkey.

Middle:  Star shaped cheese.

I decided to use some fun shaped silicone cups to represent the different floats in the parade.  All of the food picks I used represent cold.  It always looks like the parade announcers are freezing!  I also threw in the Santa clause hat because he is always the finale of the parade.  The star shaped cheese is representing the star emblem of Macy's.
