Horn of Plenty

Today's lunch is featuring the horn of plenty (aka cornucopia).  I only had a vague idea of what I was going to be using in this lunch.  Things just started happening as I was making it and voila.....it was done.  I think it turned out quite nice :-)

Top Left:  Leftover mushroom ravioli (is it weird that while having dinner tonight I was envisioning the raviolis used as a turkey body?),  ham and red bell pepper used for the turkey's head.

Bottom Left:  Honey ham pieces.

Right Compartment:  Blue corn tortilla "horn" filled with clementines, cherry tomatoes, yellow sunburst tomatoes, snow peas, grapes, and orange bell pepper sticks.

  1. Love the horn of plenty! And, I find myself re-imagining food at meals, too. :)
