Give Thanks

Welcome to the "thankful for..." blog hop.  I am thankful for many, many things.  Especially thankful for my family!  I wanted to keep my bento more traditional and thanksgiving themed.  So, today I am thankful for the Pilgrims and Indians that started the whole tradition of Thanksgiving.

Left compartment:  Female pilgrim:  Corn bread, candy eyes, raisin hair, and a marshmallow hat.  Male pilgrim:  corn bread, candy eyes, pumpernickel bread hat with pepperoni and cheese accents.  Also, pepperoni rolls and laughing cow cheese and ham roll ups.

Top right:  Grapes

Bottom right:  Indian:  cucumbers, sweet peppers, and raisins (eyes).

Now, hop on over to My epicurean adventures and see what Christine is thankful for.
