Trick or Treat Hello Kitty

Halloween is finally here!  As my daughter would say,"It's trick or treating time!"  I made her an extra special bento today :-)  I had fully intended on packing this lunch in a new Hello Kitty bento box I just received this week but, alas, Hello Kitty was too big to fit (message to self measure first then draw!)  No way I was redoing this so it was EasyLunchBoxes to the rescue!  Have a safe and happy Halloween.

Left compartment:  Witch Hello Kitty sandwich with blue corn tortilla, ham, and turkey.  Carrot letters and a candy corn.

Top right:  black olives, cherry tomatoes, snow peas.

Bottom right:  Hard boiled hello kitty egg with a carrot witch's hat.

What I used to make this.

EasyLunchbox.  EasyLunchboxes.com (set of 4)  $$$

Hello Kitty egg mold.  Ebay.  $$

Foodoodler markers. Sur La Table. $$

Halloween foam stamps.  Dollar Tree. $

Alphabet fondant cutters.  Michaels. $$$$

After I took the above photo I decided to switch the lid to the orange one and decorate it with a dry erase marker to make it more special for Halloween.
