Leftovers on Fridays

As I looked back on the Friday bentos that I have made, I realized something......Friday is leftovers day!!  Here are the "catch up"  leftovers on Friday bentos.

Friday #1 - Mini pizza leftovers

Top Box:  Baby carrots, mini pizza (it is made on an English muffin)

Bottom Box:  The other half of the English muffin mini pizza and black olive.

Left side cup:  Blueberries

Right side cup:  Applesauce ( There is cinnamon sprinkled on top in a heart shape, but it was so close to the applesauce color you cant see it)

What I used to make this.

Tiffin box.  Cost Plus World Market.  $$$

Hippo side cups.  Dollar tree.  $  **There are two cups and a spoon in these packs.  They come in assorted animals and bugs.  I use these a lot at home.  Specifically for jello, pudding, applesauce, fruit, or yogurt.  They are the perfect size.  Much cheaper to make your own jello cups then buy the six pack at the store**  I think these cups are awesome!!  I have many :-)

Green silicone cups.  Cost Plus World Market. $$

Friday # 2 - leftover Thai noodles

Yes, Thai food.  Both of my kids love Thai food.  My daughter actually loves to eat it cold, so why not throw it into a bento!

Top Box:  Boat mini sandwiches made with cheese, ham, and tortilla.  Red bell pepper sticks, black olives, and cheez-its.

Bottom Box:  Leftover kai kua noodles from one of my favorite restaurants in town Pato Thai.

Left side dish:  Raspberries

Right side dish:  Oreo pudding with 2 wafer cookies on top

Friday # 3 - leftover tacos

Top Box:  Leftover taco meat with cheese and tomatoes.  I did opt to put this in a pita instead of a tortilla to help keep the mess to a  minimum. Your welcome preschool :-)

Bottom Box:  peeled mandarin orange, raspberries, blueberries, and apple stars with cinnamon sprinkled on top.
